High noon at City Hall! In the sixth part of the Inside Man caper, it's all about rescuing District Attorney Philip West and Ann before time runs out, and nailing the high-ranking bad guy. Through the bowels of the grand old building our hero and Captain Forrester must search, led by George, the soon-to-retire guard.
